We collect your Email Address and Name (if provided).
Legal Basis: Pre-contractual measures (answering your quote request).
B. When you purchase a Service
We collect your Full Name, Billing/Shipping Address, and Device Details (Serial numbers, etc).
Legal Basis: Performance of a contract (we need this to invoice you and ship your console back).
3. Payment Processing
We do not collect or store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
- When you pay, your data is sent directly to Stripe's encrypted servers.
- We only receive a confirmation transaction ID and the billing address to verify the order.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share data with service providers necessary to fulfill your order:
Shipping Carriers
Swiss Post / DHL. Your name and address are shared solely for delivery purposes.
Hosting
Our website is hosted on secure servers (Vercel) which may process technical access logs (IP addresses) for security.
5. Device Data & Save Files
We respect your save games. Unlike big corporate repair centers, we do not wipe consoles unless strictly necessary.
- We do not access your personal photos, messages, or accounts stored on the device.
- If a hard drive replacement is required, we will ask for your explicit consent before formatting.
- Any temporary passwords provided for testing (e.g., account PINs) are deleted immediately after the repair is verified.
6. Your Rights (GDPR/nFADP)
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Ask us to correct wrong information (e.g., a new address).
- Erasure: Request that we delete your data ("Right to be forgotten"), provided we are not legally required to keep it for tax/accounting records.
- Revoke Consent: You can withdraw consent for any marketing emails at any time.
