We respect your save games. Unlike big corporate repair centers, we do not wipe consoles unless strictly necessary.

• We do not access your personal photos, messages, or accounts stored on the device.
• If a hard drive replacement is required, we will ask for your explicit consent before formatting.
• Any temporary passwords provided for testing (e.g., account PINs) are deleted immediately after the repair is verified.
