General Services

We currently only support the consoles listed on our build/service pages. If your console isn’t listed, contact us using the Request custom mod option — in some cases we may be able to take it on.
Yes! All services include a 60-day warranty on workmanship and parts installed by us. Physical abuse, liquid damage, or third-party modifications after delivery are not covered.
As long as the console is still functional, we can mod it! For example: broken screens are fine if you’re upgrading to a new screen. If the unit does not power on or has unknown faults, please reach out first so we can determine whether it’s eligible.
We’ll try our absolute best to preserve your save data during battery replacement, but there is always a risk of data loss. Keep that in mind.

Shipping & Handling

Once you place an order, we’ll send simple packing instructions. Please ship with good padding and tracked delivery so your console arrives safely.
Customers cover the cost of shipping to us. Return shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary depending on destination and weight.
Transit damage is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend secure packaging and insurance for peace of mind.

Repairs & Diagnostics

Repair timelines vary based on the specific issue. When no replacement parts are required, many repairs are typically completed within approximately one week. If parts must be sourced, the turnaround may extend to around 3–4 weeks to allow for ordering and delivery of the required components.
We prefer receiving consoles with known issues. If you’re unsure what’s wrong, contact us first — we’ll guide you. If a full diagnosis becomes necessary, we’ll discuss any related costs beforehand.
If a device cannot be repaired, you will still need to pay for return shipping. Or we can recycle it at no additional cost.

Modding & Custom Builds

Modification services are carried out using components sourced on demand. Once an order is placed, all required parts are procured and scheduled for installation upon arrival. As a result, an estimated timeframe of 3–5 weeks is generally expected, though actual lead times may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping conditions.

No — we can’t guarantee the quality, compatibility, or safety of third-party parts, so we do not accept them.
Parts are ordered specifically for your build. Because of this, changes WILL add extra time and fees, and cancellations only refund the labor portion — parts are non-refundable once ordered.

Cosmetics & Parts

Yes — every unit gets internal dust removal and basic cleaning as part of the service.
We only send back the finished, serviced console. Any other part is not included.
